Moisture Analysis for Paper Production

Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer

Removing sulfur present in black liquor is an energy extensive process. The hydrogen sulfide gas product in sulfur removal is toxic and must be removed from the product gas before the gas is used. With the Jerome® J605 Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer the process of removing Hydrogen Sulfide from the gas product can be effectively monitored and maintained. Testing the gas product after removal of H2S ensures a safe and efficient sulfur removal process.

The Jerome® J605 Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer from Arizona Instrument LLC has an accuracy of ±1 ppb at the calibration of 5 ppb; the EPA accepts Jerome® findings for H2S testing. The J605 has a resolution of 20 ppt and detects H2S levels to 3 ppb with confidence. Communication options and data acquisition are simple with USB communication, SCADA compatibility via 4-20mA output, and menu-driven programming options. More information
